Well, you won't starve in Salzburg because there's this place called Bio Bistro / Spicy Spices which in my opinion is the best option you can have. They serve Indian food prepared with spices from their own store and everything is natural and has a great flavour. One of their greatest dishes is chapati bread and lentils (4.50 euros). You can find them on Wolf-Dietrich Street no.1, between 10am and 10pm every day. They do not accept credit cards.
