If you want to find a place to relax and keep in touch with your emploees at the same time, try Hotel Die Post, located in Tyrol vacation spot (in the center of Seefeld). I enjoyed staying there because I had a stilish room with internet connection, flat screen tv and even a corner for tea-making. I believe they organise some sport/outdoor activities, too, but if you're more solitary, there is a golf field 5 minutes distance from the hotel, so you can enjoy a golf match there.
