My boss was one of the organisors of a congress that took place in Seefeld and he talked to the people from The OIympia conference center. Their rooms are big enough for 330 guests. The parking garage has 210 places. If you want to do some projections or anything of that kind, they have all you need at the technical level: speaker sistem, microphones, VCR, large projection screen (5 x 6 meters), cd player.
